2. Course Enrollment Terms & Conditions

2.1 Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment instructions will be provided upon approval of your registration request.

2.2 Cancellations & Refunds

Student Cancellations: Requests for cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be communicated upon enrollment.

Course Cancellations: If Flagship Maritime cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund for class tuition.

2.3 Student Conduct

To ensure a productive learning environment, students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

2.4 Liability Waiver

By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that maritime training involves some inherent risks. Flagship Maritime is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during training.

2.5 Certification & Course Completion

Successful completion of the course does not guarantee certification or licensing. Students must meet all requirements set by governing bodies (e.g., USCG) to obtain their credentials.

2.2 Cancellations & Refund Policy

2.2.1 Student Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [Your Contact Email].

Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling to a future session, at the discretion of Flagship Maritime.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the course has begun.

2.2.2 Course Cancellations by Flagship Maritime

If Flagship Maritime cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will have the option to reschedule for a future session or receive a full refund minus 

2.2.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.

Flagship Maritime is not responsible for any bank or payment processing delays.
