Our US Coast Guard-approved OUPV course is offered in-person at Flagship Maritime, providing you with the knowledge and certification needed to operate a power-driven vessel up to 100 tons and 100 miles offshore. Often called the “6-Pack” License or “Charter Boat Captain’s License”, this certification allows you to carry up to six passengers for hire, plus crew—perfect for captains looking to launch or grow their maritime business. Whether you're running fishing charters, sunset tours, duck hunts, dinner cruises, sightseeing excursions, or SCUBA trips, this course equips you with real-world skills and credentials to succeed on federal waters.
